Baby Brother #3-

After a move to Tucson, AZ, in 1995, our family was content but not complete. On February 24, 1998, Spencer James Reynolds announced his birth 3 weeks before his due date weighing a whopping 8 lbs. I'm not sure how long Megan cried 'cause it was another boy but she quickly came to adore her 3rd baby brother.

The big sister- 1995

What a cute little muffin man! This is my favorite picture if Dillon. The ladies at the commissary loved to touch Dillon's face and comment on his cleft chin.

Baby Brother #2-

It was that time again- Baby #3 on it's way-

Megan and I both decided we wanted another girl but on March 22, 1995, Tanner Wesley Reynolds came screaming into the world weighing in at 8 lbs. 4 oz. He was, and still is, very beautiful!

Baby Time Again-

Life trudged on in Del Rio when one day my sister, Sandra, called me and told me that she was pregnant again and she told me to hurry and get pregnant, too. I always thought it would be fun to have children around the same ages of my sister's children so I complied. Dillon Forrest Reynolds arrived on August 6, 1992 weighing in at 8 lbs. 1 oz. Dillon was, and still is, such a good boy!

Our beloved Gidget-

Anyone who knows me know that I love my dogs! When Megan turned 1 we got a 5 week old black, Toy Poodle which we named Gidget. Megan's first word was not mama...it was Gidget! We lost Gidget in 2003 when she was hit by a car in front of our house. We miss her!

Graduation-

Roger graduated in the top 5 of his UPT class. His first assignment was to be a T-38 Instructor Pilot (in the opening scene of Top Gun- the Mig 28 was a T-38) which he did for the next 5 years.

And Baby Makes 3-

All I ever wanted, growing up, was to be a wife and mother and we were so excited to learn that we were expecting our first child. Looking back, it may not have been the ideal time to start a family since Roger was in Pilot Training and I was a full-time student at the local college, but we were living in bliss! I secretly hoped for a baby girl and longed to hold her in my arms. One evening while cramming for 3 finals, to be taken the next morning, my water broke 2 weeks before my due date. Megan Christine Reynolds entered this world on May 15, 1990 weighing in at 6 lbs. 10 oz. I got my baby girl!

Wedding Day-

Despite the hair mishaps we walked down the Isle in 1989- Roger is sporting hair, which he did not keep for long, and Me...sporting a mullet! Hey, it was in style back then.
We were married at my sister's, Patty Leishman, house in West Bountiful. We were later Sealed to each other in the Salt Lake Temple- May 1991
I have been so blessed to have this man in my life! He has sacrificed so much for me and our children. Awww...soon there would be children!

How we met-

June 1988- After graduating from high school I moved to South Carolina to be a Nanny. Roger came home to South Carolina, where he was born and raised, the summer before his Senior year at the Air Force Academy. I met Roger's parents at church and must have left an impression on them because his Mom told Roger about the "new nanny" that just moved into their Ward. She suggested that he call me and ask me out on a date. Instead of picking up the phone to call me, he called his neighbor, Lisa Watson, and asked her to call me to see if I would be interested in going out with her friend who was home for the summer from school. I told Lisa to have him call me. He did call me and asked me out for the following night. I was very excited for the date and took great care to do my hair just right...and very big! I might remind you that this was 1988 and I had an awesome 80's hair style that took a great deal of time to spray in place. Yup...the bangs were huge!! My employer, Gail Bragg, was on the look out watching for Roger to arrive. Gail raced Corvette's in her younger years and was thrilled to see a red Corvette pull into the driveway. She squealed down the hall that Roger was here and driving a Corvette and giving me a play by play of the event. She lets me know that Roger was getting out of the car then she hesitated for a moment. Her next words were, "he's cute...and...very short". Excited to greet him at the door, I race down the stairs and offered a formal introduction. Roger escorted me to his car and my mouth dropped. Not because I was impressed that it was a Corvette, but because their was no top to the car. Roger thought it would be "cool" to remove the t-tops of the car to impress his date. He was sadly mistaken...how could he not know that I just spent an hour on my hair getting my bangs their perfect height? I'm sure I was hyperventilating but Roger did not notice. He opened the door for me and for some reason...I got in. Still in shock I reached back for my seat belt and couldn't find one. Roger's response was, "oh, there isn't a seat belt on your side" then he buckled up his own belt. Yes...I married this man! After an enjoyable evening, despite my hair not surviving, we continued to date that summer after he promised he would pick me up in his Mom's car. This memory is burned into my brain and will never be forgotten!
